God, another awful hurricane. I hope there are no breakable levees in Texas.

It's gotta be the worst for the people, though, who are ALREADY displaced from Katrina and are now having to evacuate again.

Apparently New Orelans is under mandatory evacuation orders -- which I thought it already was -- but anyone who STILL refuses to leave, AFTER Katrina, KNOWING another hurricane is coming, and being GIVEN ways to get out of New Orelans ... they're idiots. That's all there is to it. Anyone who would still refuse evacuation, is an idiot and I have no sympathy for them.

That being said, I hope everyone is okay and Rita doesn't cause any crazy destruction.
