How fluid is sexuality?
Sep. 27th, 2006 08:16 pmThis is a poll. However, this is not one of my normal polls. This has one question, and I want you to rate yourself on an ordinal scale. It's anonymous except to me -- no one else can see it, and I'm not going to judge you in the least. Clearly, this is your choice.
This is based on a theory I have, and what I've been learning in my Experimental Psychology class, and conversations with
jittrbugg.
So, look at this sample graph I'm giving you, an assume there are numbers in between. One is gay -- completely and totally. 10 is straight -- completely and totally. 5 is bisexual -- exactly 50/50. Now, you might say (or you might not), nothing is ever 100% or exactly 50/50 as the case may be, and that's my point. I have a theory, and I'll post it and the results I expected after I have real results. Yes, I realize these are just labels, but there is really no way to do this without said labels.
Now, of course, this is unlikely to be totally realistic, mainly because I do not have very many people on my flist that classify themselves as gay. Nonetheless, I'm not flocking this so please do encourage other people to vote in it.
